You must provide accurate company and user information. You are responsible for activity under your organization, including buyers, sellers, and agents linked to your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

TradeChem connects buyers and manufacturers of industrial chemicals. Listings, RFQs, quotes, and messages must be lawful, accurate, and related to legitimate commercial sourcing. You may not misuse the platform for spam, scraping, or prohibited substances.

Inquiries and quotes on TradeChem may lead to contracts between buyers and suppliers. Unless stated otherwise, TradeChem is not a party to those commercial agreements. Confirm product specs, Incoterms, pricing, and delivery terms before ordering.

Payment methods, freight quotes, and shipping coordination are subject to the options shown on the platform and any separate agreements with payment or logistics providers. Duties, taxes, and compliance remain the responsibility of the relevant parties under the agreed Incoterms.

TradeChem branding, software, and marketplace content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to materials you upload, and grant TradeChem a license to host and display them for operating the marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeChem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace use, supplier performance, product quality, or logistics delays. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction may include ceasing use of the service.
